Residents of states that provide an opt-out right — including California, Texas, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, and others — have the right to direct Plug Industries not to sell or share their personal information.
How to Submit a Request
To exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, please send an email to:

Include the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and state that you wish to opt out. Once your request is received, Plug Industries will record your preference and ensure that your information is excluded from future sale or sharing activities consistent with applicable law.
No account or registration is required to submit this request. Verification of identity is not required for opt-out requests.
Recognized Browser Signals
Plug Industries also recognizes and honors legally valid browser-based opt-out mechanisms, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law. If your browser or device sends a recognized signal, we will automatically apply that preference to your data.
Scope of the Opt-Out
Your opt-out request will apply to the personal information Plug Industries maintains about you and will remain in effect unless you later authorize the sale or sharing of your information. We will not discriminate against any consumer who chooses to exercise this right.
